The Baby & Parenting Essentials (B&PE) division of Newell Rubbermaid is the second largest baby gear (car seats, strollers, swings, high chairs) business in the world, with leadership brands in a wide range of geographies: Graco in North America, Teutonia in Europa , Aprica in Japan. These three brands are currently distributed within the overall Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, allowing B&PE EMEA to be one of the largest players in the region.
The Baby & Parenting Essentials Global Business Unit is looking at EMEA as a key driver of its long term growth.
For our dynamic team in Italy, based in Milan, we are currently looking for a
SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Our Sales Administrator provides administrative support to sales management maintaining an on-going relationship with customers and sales employees. He/she utilizes knowledge of products and sales customers to provide a key communication link to the customer.
Among the others, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
•Provision of monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc sales reporting directly to the customer. Preparing figures by volume and value via Cognos.
•Liaising closely with customers and internal employees on behalf of the sales management teams resolving queries proactively in order to maximize sales team productivity
•Support and attend Trade Shows
•Support the Sales Management and their teams with the day to day running of the business, through proactive contact with customers, primarily in the area of
•Administrative support.
•Organizing group bookings for the hotels/ flights, internal meeting room bookings/sourcing/correspondence/photocopying/emails etc.
•Liaising with the marketing department to ensure the dispatch of samples, image CD’S and point of sales to customers as requested.
•Raising Purchase Orders through PORAS on behalf of the sales management and their team.
•Organizing sales teams itineraries, PowerPoint presentations on behalf of finance, cost prices, list prices, and stock checks.
•Checking price list for errors
•Organizing mail outs on behalf of the team and contacting prize winners.
•Dealing with on demand requests i.e. Internet research, sales figures and addresses.
Qualifications
•Ideally 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role within FMCG Multinational companies.
•Fluent in English, written and spoken. Any other language will be considered as a valuable asset to cover the role.
•Excellent interpersonal and relationships management skills.
•Fully Literate PC Skills (Power Point, World, Excel and Outlook)
•Able to multitask and deliver within the agreed timelines
